About the Role

What You'll Do

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the Middle East region.
• Identify and engage with decision-makers across industries.
• Build rapport with prospective clients to generate leads and secure appointments.
• Collaborate with our global sales team to align strategies for the Middle East market.
• Maintain and update client information in our CRM system.

What Were Looking For

• Experience: 1-3 years in sales with a focus on cold calling, preferably in the Middle East market.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with regional business cultures and practices.
• Skills: Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi or Malayalam is a plus).
• Attributes: Goal-oriented, resilient, and adaptive to diverse client needs.
• Availability: Willingness to work in a time zone aligned with the Middle East.
• Big Plus: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
