The team you will be working with:

• Imagine yourself as working inside an incubator.
• For the most strategic team of TransOrg, directly with the founder and other senior leaders.
• No micromanagement.

The role:

• Takeover a product research and gradually develop it into an independent business vertical.
• Build a team for oneself in consultation with the CEO.
• Co-own product strategy with the CEO.
• A go-to-person behind whom product, tech, sales, marketing, support can rally.

Skills are we looking for:

• 6-8 years of work experience.
• An entrepreneurial experience would be preferable over any degrees and titles.
• Quick prospecting about issues, independent and firm thought leadership.
• Dexterity at formulating problems and identifying most feasible solutions.
• Project management
• Familiarity with Data Science and Analytics.
• Experience in managing people, inspiring juniors, managing stakeholder relationships.
• Prior B2C experience would be great.
