Branch Manager

Job Description:

• Plan and implement appropriate resources
• Provide the branch operation's team with daily guidance, leadership and overall support on any issues relating to operations, communication, and revenue enhancement, human resources, standardizing procedures, systems applications, and executing processes to meet customer needs.
• Work directly with management in establishing region and/or local goals within the parameters of the branch / region's operations business plan. Provide leadership, assistance, and product training to the operation and sales team to meet company and region goals.
• Review and evaluate the branch/region's P & L performance and establish short term goals to address and correct any budgetary shortfalls.
• Develop customer relationships and ensure that customer service and operational levels within the region's operations are being maintained.
• Assist the region with sales presentations, customer bids, and the promotion of all products Personally coach, train and mentor direct reports and provide career development opportunities though training, and quality management activities.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for all staff within department. • Address all employee performance problems promptly and directly in accordance with Company personnel policies.
