Project Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Engineer with a mechanical engineering background to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will possess 1-5 years of relevant experience and demonstrate a strong ability to manage and execute projects efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive approach to project management.

Project Engineer Roles & Responsibilities:

• Project Ownership: Take full ownership of assigned projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Project Management: Proactively manage project phases, addressing potential issues before they escalate and making informed decisions to keep projects on track.
• Technical Expertise: Apply your understanding of process equipment, including pressure vessels, shell and tube heat exchangers, steel structures, and fabrication activities, to ensure project success. Knowledge related to engineering drawing is essential.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and updates.
• Leadership: Exhibit strong leadership qualities by guiding and motivating the project team to achieve project goals and overcome challenges.
• Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage project data, perform analysis, and create detailed spreadsheets for reporting and tracking purposes.

Project Engineer Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-5 years of experience in project engineering or a related field.
• Education: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering
• Proficient in English reading, speaking, and writing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced command of Excel spreadsheets, including formulae, data analysis, and report generation.
• Strong leadership abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Good understanding of process equipment such as pressure vessels, shell and tube heat exchangers, steel structures, and fabrication activities.

Preferred Attributes:

• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the projects.
• Proven track record of proactive problem-solving and effective decision-making.
• Experience in a similar industry or with similar equipment is a plus.

Desired Candidate skills:

• Experience: 1-5 years.
• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.
• Project Engineering Experience

Mode of Interview: Face to face.

Salary Range: 3 LPA to 3.6 LPA (Negotiable).

Location: Vadodara

Working days : 5 Days working per week (2nd and 4th Sat off, remaining sat working)

Office Time: 9:30 AM to 6:15 PM
