Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Kolkata.

- The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, managing client accounts, developing sales strategies, coordinating with the sales team, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy Development skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

- Knowledge of transformer products or electrical industry

- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

- Previous experience in sales or business development role

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
