HCL Tech Hiring For transformation lead Agile Coach

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a detailed transformation roadmap, aligning with the clients overall business objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation o f a new operating model that promotes collaboration, efficiency, and agility.
• Facilitate the integration of Dev and Ops teams, breaking down silos and fostering a DevOps culture.
• Align the Ops team structure with the clients product-aligned organization to enhance responsiveness and efficiency.
• Define and implement Agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools across the organization.
• Coach and mentor teams in Agile principles, practices, and mindset.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, executives, and team members.
• Measure and track transformation progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading large-scale Agile transformations within an AMS environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe is a must, and Scrum, Kanban, are nice to have) and their practical application.
• Deep knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing new operating models.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering successful transformation projects.
• Should understand and have experience with SAFe framework
• Should be good at metrics reporting and dashboard creation in JIRA/SNOW
• Should have knowledge of tooling specifically with DevOps (CI/CD….)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Agile coaching or related fields.
• Experience in the ENU domain.
• Knowledge of JIRA
