Team Lead

Position Summary: We seek a highly skilled Team Lead to oversee our ambitious projects in data research, data management, and eCommerce support services. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of data research, information management strategies, and the intricacies of eCommerce support, alongside robust leadership abilities to steer complex projects to success. The ideal candidate will ensure that our projects not only meet but exceed our high accuracy, quality, and client satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects across data research, data management, and eCommerce support, aligning with our strategic goals to provide innovative, client-centric solutions.
• Foster collaboration among data executives, eCommerce specialists, and stakeholders, leveraging their collective skills to surpass project milestones.
• Navigate project challenges strategically, employing advanced management techniques to promote continuous improvement and project excellence.
• Deliver superior client service, building and maintaining strategic partnerships through transparent communication and a deep understanding of client needs.
• Cultivate a team culture of excellence and innovation, mentoring members to foster professional growth and achieve peak performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or masters degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related fields, with a stellar academic record.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading the team, specifically within the BPO industry, focusing on data research, management, and eCommerce support.
• Deep knowledge of data management systems, eCommerce platforms, and a proven ability to integrate cutting-edge technologies and trends into project execution.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, complex projects with a strategic, results-driven approach, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Exceptional leadership qualities, with a history of developing high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
• Project management certifications (e. g. , Agile, Scrum, PMBOK) preferred; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
• Familiar with and open to adopting and experimenting with new Generative AI tools and technologies to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
