Real Estate - Team Lead Transaction Coordinator

Lease Management:

• Review, analyze, and maintain all lease agreements and related documents.
• Ensure timely renewals and modifications of leases.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with lease agreements.
• Serve as knowledge and mentoring resource for staff and assist Supervisor with training and staff development.
• Collaborate with internal departments and act as lead in areas of responsibility.
• Team Management

Data Entry and Maintenance:

• Maintain an organized database of lease agreements, amendments, and related documents.
• Reporting:
• Generate and distribute lease-related reports and analyses to Land landlord & management.
• Coordinate Registration of client lease

Communication:

• Serve as a point of contact for internal departments and external landlords or tenants regarding lease inquiries.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting of lease obligations.
• Maintain organized records and files for all lease-related activities.
