We are seeking a dedicated Admission Counselor to join our team and help grow each batch of students at our pilot training institute. This role involves actively following up with prospective students, managing leads, and ensuring a seamless admission process.
Responsibilities
Lead Management: Proactively reach out to new and existing leads, understanding their needs, and answering queries about our pilot training programs.
Follow-Up: Diligently follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Enrollment Guidance: Guide students and their families through the application and admission process, providing clear and helpful information.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of lead interactions, application statuses, and feedback to streamline follow-ups and improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and campaigns.
Ideal Candidate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with students and families.
Highly organized, with attention to detail in lead tracking.
Previous experience in sales or admissions is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications & Benefits
