Training Coordinator

▪ Role - Training Coordinator

▪ Department - L&D 

▪ Designation - Retainer 

▪ Location - Navi Mumbai & Pune Hinjewadi

▪ Education - BS degree in Education, Training, HR, or related field

▪ Notice  Period - 60 Days negotiable up to 30 days

 ▪ Required Exp- 3+Years 

▪ Work Mode - WFO (5 Days WFO)

*Please Note - There will be an agreement for an initial 1 year and based on the performance this will get renewed /extended/converted to an On-roll employee*

Requirements and skills

• 3 years of work experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role
• Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory
• Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
• Experience with e-learning platforms
• MS Office proficiency, shoule be able to create various reports and dashboards.
• Strong communication skills
• BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field

eClerx Responsibilities

• Map out annual training plans for management.
• Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
• Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
• Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
• Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and
• KPIs
• Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
• Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
