Fresher Hiring - Training Coordinator_Retainer-Mumbai

• Exp - No exp required (Relevant internship exp)
• Education - Graduate in Business management studies / BBA in HR preferred or any other HR field 
• Location - Navi Mumbai- Airoli - Minespace
• Interview Mode - The interview will be conducted on MS Teams / F2F from the Mumbai location
• Notice Period Required - Immediate joiners are highly preferred (looking for local candidates from Mumbai)
• CTC offered - 18k in hand without PF, deductions will be applicable with PF of 3800
• Work days - 5 days WFO
• Travel Facility Provided
• Contract Duration - 3 months contract with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Responsibilities / Job Description:

• Work with internal stakeholders to understand training requests (technology skills).
• Work with external vendors to source trainers, arrange interviews to shortlist appropriate trainers.
• Manage trainings end-to-end schedule online/ offline trainings, conduct assessments, capture attendance
• and feedback. Extract online training recording and upload it on the learning management portal (LMS).
• Manage training expense reports and upload vendor invoices on internal procurement tool for payment
• processing.

• Essential Skills
• Graduation in any field
• Must have MS Excel - Intermediate level expertise
• Knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications and file types such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, PDF and
• Videos.
• Knowledge of working with online applications/websites for uploading and downloading content.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
