Company Description

We are Tradeomatic Limited; a company based in Hong Kong that specializes in supplying a whole set of B2B solutions in personal hygiene products and raw materials. We are seeking a qualified National Key Account Manager for our Indian company TRADEOMATIC ENTERPRISE (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED to keep our revenue engine running for our in-house brand TokiBaby and TokiHealth.

Taking the initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.


Work Location: Andheri - Marol (Mumbai, India)

Work Time : 9 am - 6pm (Monday to Saturday)


Objectives of this Role:

  • Account Management : Oversee and manage relationships with national key accounts in the modern trade channel, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Sales Growth : Drive sales initiatives and promotions with key accounts, negotiating terms and conditions to maximize business growth.
  • Performance Analysis : Monitor account performance through data analysis and regular reviews, identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing issues proactively.
  • Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring agreements are beneficial for both the company and the customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans and promotional activities.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Cooperation with Regulatory Affairs in order to ensure the most suitable health claim, with Production and/or with an external partner specialised in formula creation.
  • Adjust the formula where needed so the product can have the necessary claims according to the allowed legal requirements and the marketing strategy.
  • Creates new packaging design in case of a new brand and develops the final packaging including sample packaging when applicable in cooperation with the Purchase Department, Regulatory Affairs, Production and external parties.
  • Create a marketing plan and budget.
  • Develops, establishes and maintains marketing strategies to maximize sales and profit and in order to increase brand awareness and improve customer relations.
  • Develops, implements and executes the marketing plan including sampling plan, coordinates and controls the new product launch activities or new project activities.
  • Monitors sales development, market share and market trends, reports on deviations and proposes corrective actions.
  • Monitors pricing of competition on a regular basis and provides insights in price evolutions in the market.
  • Develops communication strategies, innovative and creative marketing campaigns and messages that are impactful, address customer needs and are persuasive to the target audience.
  • Increase brand awareness by developing both offline (o.a. sales aids, leaflets, folders, POS-material…) as online marketing materials and campaigns (eg. banners, video, website, blog…) that supports the brand image and product positioning.
  • Cooperates with external agencies (advertising agency, translation agency, POS- suppliers Encourages the organisation of pre-testing of promotional material where necessary.
  • Ensures that any produced promotional material is in the line with when available corporate/brand guidelines and in full regulatory compliance, while providing the most effective way to develop sales growth.

Candidate Requirement:

  • A Master's degree or a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 5-15 years of experience required in the same position , depending on past sales experience and industry.
  • Proven sales experience as National Key Account Manager or similar senior sales role including familiarity with current trends in sales methods. Good understanding of retail operations.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce or experience with internet sales methods, such as search engine marketing and search engine optimization in an advantage.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM softwares. Experience using sales tracking software. Proficient in basic accounting.
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills using advanced Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment under pressure and achieve targets within
  • The deadlines and resolve conflict. Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
