Trademo - Backend Software Development Engineer II - Python/Django (3-7 yrs)

Role : SDE Backend 2.

Required Skills : Python Django, ElasticSearch.

Added Advantage : GoLang, System Design, LLMs.

Experience: 3-6 Years.

Location: Gurgaon (Work from office).

Skills Required :

- Should be hands-on / Solid in Backend Python( Django), ElasticSearch, DS, MongoDB, Redis, Postgres, Microservices, Security , Caching Strategies etc.

- 3+ years of relevant work experience in system design and development of product, release and quality management , tech mentorship , code review, Sprint management.

- Should be great in understanding of DevOps and platform and should be able to work with the DevOps team and make independent decisions.

- Should have a good understanding of tools like JIRA, Confluence , analytics tools, Monengage, MixPanel etc.

- Should always be eager to learn, build and make a culture of innovation.

- Should have infectious enthusiasm, visionary mindset , entrepreneurial zeal, sportsman spirit , Pragmatic thinking.

- Should best at communication , Empathy driven, lead by example , emotionally intelligent perspective and data driven.

What you will be doing here :

- Developing scalable applications over a large volume of data hosted across multiple.

- Elasticsearch clusters to retrieve in least amount of time through REST APIs.

- Deep dive hands-on into Architecting (HLD/LLD) , Coding ( Backend primarily and have decent understanding of JS / frontend stack), Platforms and Devops.

- You have to be an exemplary techie lead by example.

- Should be able to adopt, newer pattern of data storage.

- Lead the team to follow the software development process including writing unit tests, performing code reviews, doing daily standups, setting OKRs and milestones, etc.

- Own, innovate, and maintain the backend infrastructure.
