Investor Relations Executive - (2- 5 yrs)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative support to Investor Relation Team

• Coordinate meetings and events, scheduling conference rooms, sending invites, arranging
catering and logistics

• Maintain distribution lists and update contact books

• Complex domestic and international travel arrangements

• Calendar management for leadership team

• Internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports

• Take minutes during meetings

• Coordinate for quarterly earnings call, meeting of Investor/Analysts with management

• This is an office based role with 5 days a week, 9am to 6pm, with occasional support required
outside these hours.

• Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required. Ensure
all documentation is accurate, professionally formatted, and delivered on time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor/ Diploma degree in any stream

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to connect and communicate with various stakeholders across the hierarchy

• Excellent in organizing and managing logistics, and attention to detail

• Must be able to handle highly confidential information

• Candidates who have experience in supporting senior leadership as an EA are preferred.

Location: HSR Layout. Bangalore (Office Based Role)
