Job Title: Head of Accounts

Location: Hyderabad, Jubilee Hills

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Accounts Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing a team of accountants and will be responsible for the following:

- Oversee daily operations of the accounting team to gather data for end-to-end accounting processes.

- Update Journal Voucher books of accounts.

- Coordinate with site accountants and account coordinators to prepare accurate balance sheets, CMA data, and necessary MIS reports for management decision-making.

- Conduct site visits across India as needed, due to our projects being spread nationwide.

- Appoint site accountants and account coordinators as required.

Qualifications:

- Professional Qualification: CA / CA Inter / CMA / CMA Inter, ICWA, MBA, M.Com.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction companies, particularly with government projects.

Skills:

- Fluent in Telugu, with proficiency in Hindi and English.

- Thorough knowledge of accounting practices related to construction sites.

- Proficient in Tally, internal auditing, P&L accounts, and preparation & finalization of balance sheets.
