Job Brief
We are searching for a driven and detail- oriented Senior Travel Consultant in Holiday Division (Europe Special) to join our team. As Team leader in the International a group of travel consultants, ensuring they provide excellent customer service while assisting customers with their travel arrangements. This role can also involve handling complex customer issues, setting sales target, and training newer members of the team as well as manage whole team.

Role & responsibilities

1)To Achieve monthly & annually sales targets.

2) To increase sales revenue from existing clients and acquiring new clients.

3) To Up selling & cross- selling travel products and services.

4) To coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers.

5) To maintain record of transactions, bookings, and payments.

6) To share knowledge, best practices, and providing support to team members.

7) To contribute a positive and productive work environment.

8) To seek opportunities for professional development training.

9) Should have experience to handle 4-5 size team.

10) Should have experience in group bookings.

Preferred candidate profile

1) Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant field.

2) Proficient Microsoft office

3) Ability to work under tight schedules with positive working attitude
