Tour Executive (Inbound Tours)

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Tour Executive at the company's office in Gurugram.

The Inbound Tour Executive will be responsible for planning and managing guided tours, creating itineraries, and communicating with clients, sub-agents, hotels, vendors, and tour guides.

Qualifications

• Tour Planning and Tour Management skills
• Experience in creating and managing itineraries and guided tours
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, sub-agents, hotels, and tour guides
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Creating quotations & offers, assisting sales team accordingly
• Welcoming guests at airport and briefing them about their travels
