Job Description

As a Senior Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility is to identify new business opportunities and foster partnerships that contribute to the growth and profitability of the company.

Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
Conduct market research to identify target industries, market trends, and potential clients.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Note: Must Have Contact in Corporate Industry, Realtors and Leasing Managers.

Qualifications

Any Degree
10+ years of experience.
Preferably in Construction industry/ Interior Industry/Product industry or Any Industry.
Languages - English and Tamil. (Good to know Hindi)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
