Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in any field

Fresher:Less than 1 year years of experience in counseling or customer service roles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students

Proficiency in IELTS coaching and test preparation

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
