About Audi, India:
Audi India, a division of the German automaker Audi AG, has been producing vehicles in India since September 2007. The manufacturing facility is located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (formerly Aurangabad), Maharashtra, at the Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited (SAVWIPL) plant. This facility assembles models such as the Audi Q3, Q3 Sportback, Q5, Q7, A4 Sedan, and A6 Sedan for the Indian market. Audi India is a subsidiary of Audi AG, the German luxury automobile manufacturer, and operates under the Volkswagen Group India. The brand has grown to become one of the top luxury car brands in the country.


Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager Operations to oversee and drive operational excellence at Audi, Mumbai. This role demands expertise in project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring smooth coordination across business analytics workstreams. Candidates with experience in the luxury automotive retail sector will be preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • To manage and execute the entire project and be in constant touch with dealers and Audi India as needed
  • Should have good analytical and presentation skills along with sound knowledge of auto industry processes and systems.
  • Should be able to provide astute observations and actionable insights to drive quality improvements at dealership level.
  • Should have the ability to create intuitive dashboards that show performance of the dealer network by parameter, by category, by region and pan India
  • Should have the ability to resolve any concerns / queries raised by Audi dealer partners and constructively incorporate all the feedbacks / inputs received.
  • Should be able to interface with multiple stakeholders from Sales, Aftersales, Business Management, Quality, IT and Training teams to incorporate their inputs.
  • Should have excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Business Analytics Skills of the PMOs

  • Scope of business analytics would include assisting in:
  • Quality Performance monitoring.
  • Incentive calculations and publishing results
  • Quarterly Performance Letters/Performance & Business dashboards preparation/updated.
  • CEM (Customer experience management) system and stakeholder management
  • Prospect Satisfaction Index : Reporting ,Review, Action planning and Improvement monitoring
  • MIP Audit: Reporting, Review, Action planning and Improvement monitoring.
  • Presentations and management decks
  • Other management reports and adhoc business management activities.

Deliverables and Actionable Points:

  • Quality performance monitoring:
  • Quality Policy Methodology ideation, parameters and threshold simulation and revision.
  • Computation of dealer/investor parameter wise achievement and payout
  • Data analysis and publish Management Dashboards
  • Periodic analysis of dealer wise performance to identify gaps and improvement areas.
  • Quarterly reporting and summary of all quality metrics
  • Publish Dealer information on Qlikview/Qliksense.
  • Preparation and release of Underperformance/performance letters at dealer level.
  • Reconciliation of SFDC deliveries, CEM outreach, NCBS and IPSOS data.
  • Quarterly Performance Letter/ Vorsprung Score Card (QPL/VSC):
  • Designing communication letters & data computation.
  • Incorporation/modification of parameters and thresholds for QPL/VSC.
  • Computation and release of QPL/VSC.
  • Data quality check and queries resolution for QPL/VSC.
  • Evolve QPL/VSC.
  • Customer Experience Management (CEM):
  • Process ownership of the CEM Portal including validating data and system changes in the CEM portal.
  • Updating market structure monthly with concerned stakeholders
  • Training to dealer manpower on processes, portal operation, reports, etc.
  • Upgradation/Digitalization of CEM Guidebook for dealership
  • New model inclusion in all data points
  • Detailed analysis and reporting on IPSOS data. Identifying anomalies and malpractices.
  • Designing and implementation of CEM Contest and Customer centricity awards
  • Providing qualitative & quantitative inputs by performing extensive comment analysis on customer feedback
  • Periodic reporting of CEM scores to all stakeholders
  • Quality Digitalization Initiatives:
  • QlikView/Sense dashboard enhancements to aid decision making.
  • Online publication of dealer results.
  • Vorsprung Score Card data points quality validation and update on a regular basis.
  • Prospect Satisfaction Index (PSI):
  • Implementation and monitoring of PSI system.
  • Process ownership Query redressal and Admin responsibilities.
  • Calculation and roll out of PSI Scores & reports.
  • Analysis around data generated from PSI.
  • Creation of effective mechanism to capture immediate prospect feedback.
  • MIP Audit:
  • MIP Audit policy - Methodology ideation, audit checklists and threshold revision
  • Design and update project documents.
  • Preparation and rollout of MIP Audit checklists for Sales & Aftersales
  • Design KPI wise weightage structure and scoring methodology
  • Conducting mock audits along with auditors & Audi India representatives
  • Preparation and circulation of Audit Guidebooks / process guides
  • Define source of proofs and test steps for each KPI
  • Create process flow for physical and remote audits
  • Training and on boarding of audit team & Audit team query resolutions
  • Preparation of Initial Data Request (IDR) and data assimilation
  • Review and validate auditors response to dealer queries & objections
  • Seek internal clarifications and approval on deviations as applicable
  • Maintaining and updating applicable supporting documents.
  • Detailed analysis and review of audit results including review and update audit scores on digital portal
  • Management reports:
  • Monitoring of data flow in Daily Flash Reports.
  • Support in resolving gaps in daily reports/business dashboards by coordinating with concerned stakeholders
  • Inputs on relevant dashboards referred by top management as per business requirements
  • Support in preparation of relevant reports in SFDC, Qlikview/Qliksense & other systems referred by Audi India
  • Support in preparation of reports for dealer reviews, meets and dealer visits.
  • Ad hoc activities:
  • Support in preparation of presentations as required by Audi India
  • Support in preparation of Dealer communication decks/letters and internal approval notes
  • Conduct dealer visits to examine on field operations
  • Provide inputs to improve the customer experience at various touchpoints of the purchase journey
  • Ideate and provide innovative solutions to establish and sustain quality as a key focus aspect for all stakeholders
  • Support in updating dealer claims tracker and Support in other ad hoc activities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
