Front Desk Activity
1. Greeting and assisting visitors and guest
2. Direct visitor to appropriate person
3. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
4. Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
5. Connecting call and conference call
6. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
7. Replying to emails to internal & external individual
8. Booking Internal conference meeting room
Travel Management
1. Manage and provide seamless support, responsible for all travel desk operation
2. Point of contact for domestic & international travel & hotel arrangement
3. Expertise in managing ticketing, reservation, cancellation, group booking,
4. Taking quotation, compiling and comparing price and booking hotels
5. Co- ordinate with travel agents to book the air ticket
6. Handling emergencies during the employee trip and providing with best solutions
7. Reconciliation of travel, so that the refund note or cancellation is not missed
8. Driver duty allocation for pick and drop for guest or internal departments
9. Distribution of petty cash to drivers and office assistant and prepare petty cash claim for head office
Administrative Activities
1. Office stationary management
2. Courier Handling
3. Office Maintenance, Cleanliness & Hygiene
4. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filling, scan, photocopying documents
5.Ordering food for guest and employees
