Farm Operations and Management

• Key responsibilities :-

• - Oversee the cultivation and management of a variety of crops including cashew and shea butter trees.

• - Plan, implement, pest control, and soil health management strategies.

- Supervise a team junior staff, delegating tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring high performance and efficiency.

• - Maintain accurate records of farm operations, including production, inventory, and expenses.. Monitor and report on the performance of farm operations, suggesting improvements when necessary.

Required Qualification

> Min Graduation

Other Requirement

> Min 4 years experience in Africa.
