Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute the data migration process in PTE systems.
• Conduct weekly inventory checks and ensure stock valuation accuracy.
• Manage ERP user roles, assigning and maintaining access rights.
• Analyze organizational reports by learning basic accounting concepts.
• Engage in advanced Excel training and mobile application customization for operational optimization.
• Inspect pending data entries from the finance team and generate reports.
• Monitor TAT compliance across trade operations, accounts, and logistics.
• Provide training for new users on ERP processes and maintain user guides.
• Assist departments with data reconciliation for immediate closing requirements.
• Conduct data audits to ensure error-free operations in warehouse and finance systems.
• Track and resolve technical and functional ERP issues by coordinating with respective teams. Identify and resolve system modifications, ensuring business adaptability to technical changes.
