What we offer. Group Accounting is part of Group Business Finance. Group Business Finance is furthermore responsible for general accounting, business controlling, voyage controlling and technical business controlling. Group Business Finance is also responsible for financial systems and processes across the Group and the internal reporting to the business/divisions

You will report to the Senior Country Accounting Manager and will be part of a five-member team

As a specialist in corporate accounting activities, you will have your own clear

Responsibilities. Your tasks will be versatile and include:. Booking of expenses and accruals in the accounting system (Navision). Reconciliations of vendor, income, and inter-company balance. Ensuring appropriate Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) deduction on invoices and timely payment thereon. Vouching, verification, and accounting of travel expenses. Maintaining and processing invoices related to fixed assets and preparation of depreciation schedule. Arrangement of foreign currency for employees travelling overseas. Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments. Assisting in compliances related to Registrar of Companies (RoC) and Ministry of Corporate Affairs Compliance (MCA). To succeed in the job. In addition to a relevant accounting education with a minimum qualification of Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), it is an advantage that you are ICWA or have a diploma in IFRS with a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience in general accounting. You have effective interpersonal and written communication

Skills and up-to-date knowledge of handling accounting systems like SAP, Navision, Microsoft Dynamics etc

It is essential that you have knowledge of working with Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Goods and Services Tax (GST). This position requires knowledge and understanding of accounting standards, various compliances under Registrar of Companies (Roc) and Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)
