- About Toprankers Udaan: Toprankers Udaan is the Career Guidance & Counseling Platform of Toprankers which helps high school students (studying in Class 8th to 12th) to make an informed career decision and take the next step towards a successful career through a combination of Career Guidance Sessions & Courses, Psychometric Tests, Assessments, and One-On-One Career Counseling from expert Career Coaches. We have successfully delivered Career Guidance & Counseling Programs to more than 62,500 students across 24 states of India with the aim to expand our outreach to a million students soon.
- Job Description: We are looking for a charismatic professional who can help us partner with the best of CSR Initiatives & NGOs to enable high school students associated with these organizations benefit from our Career Guidance & Counseling.
Your day-to-day responsibilities as a part of this job profile include:
a. Performing market research and data analytics to build a database of CSR Initiatives & NGOs, and figure out early adopters among the same.
b. Creating & editing the proposal to pitch our Programs to CSR Initiatives & NGOs.
c. Connecting with CSR Heads and NGO Owners & Partners, understanding their students' Career Guidance & Counseling needs, accordingly pitching the right Program, and onboarding them.We are looking forward to having you in your team. - Skills & Experience Needed: a. Min. 2 Years Of Prior Experience In CSR & NGO Partnerships (Education Sector) With Proven Track Record
b. Good English & Hindi Communication Skills (Spoken & Written)
c. Proficiency In MS Excel & Making Presentations
d. Open To Intra-State & Inter-State Travel For Meetings
