Job Description: Domestic and International Sales Export Manager

Position: Sales Export Manager (Fashion Fabrics, Fancy Fabrics, and Embroidery Fabrics)

Location: Topman International Limited, Bldg. No. "AP-1," Rajlaxmi Commercial Complex, Village Kasheli, Tal. Bhiwandi, 421302

Salary Range: ₹900000 to ₹18,00,000 per year (CTC)

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in sales and export of fashion, fancy, and embroidery fabrics

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for domestic and international markets.
• Identify and establish new business opportunities in the fashion, fancy, and embroidery fabrics sectors.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base.
2. Export Management:
• Handle end-to-end export processes, including documentation, logistics, and compliance with international trade regulations.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
3. Market Research and Strategy:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.
• Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.
4. Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance.
• Provide training and support to enhance team capabilities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
5. Client and Vendor Interaction:
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
• Analyze sales data and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience of 10+ years in domestic and international sales, particularly in the fashion, fancy, and embroidery fabrics sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of export procedures, international trade laws, and regulations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
