Head of Artificial Intelligence (5-8 yrs)

Role : Head of AI.

Experience : 5-8 years (Tech stack : with 5 or more years in fullstack development and 2-3 years in data science).

Stack : Python, React/ Angular, Pytorch, tensorflow, LLM, RAG, AI and ML technologies, Autogen, Crew AI.

Location : Gurgaon WFO.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of AI to lead our AI initiatives.

This role- demands expertise in AI model development, deployment, fine-tuning, and the creation of agentic workflows.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving innovation, strategy, and execution of- AI solutions to address diverse business challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, including model development, fine-tuning, deployment, and optimization.

- Design and implement agentic workflows to enhance automation and decision-making- processes.

- Oversee and collaborate with teams working on data collection, labeling, and model evaluation- to ensure high-quality inputs and outputs.

- Develop and maintain AI-driven solutions tailored to the needs of various industries and- domains.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and integrate relevant innovations into GRT's- solutions.

- Build and mentor a high-performing team of AI professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration- and excellence.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and partners, to understand requirements and- deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.

- Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap for AI initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications :

- Educational Background : B.Tech and M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field from a- reputed institution.

Experience :

5-8 years of hands-on experience in total, including :

- 5-7 years hands on experience with fullstack technologies (python in Backend and any popular frontend technology).

- 2-3 years of minimum experience with Data Science technologies.

- Exposure working with Autogen or Crew AI.

- Building and deploying AI models in production environments.

- Fine-tuning models for specific use cases.

- Designing and implementing agentic workflows.

- Proven track record of delivering scalable and impactful AI solutions.

- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with AI/ML frameworks such as- TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.

- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and optimization- techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate in a dynamic environment.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and- with external stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with large-scale data processing and analytics.

- Knowledge of MLOps practices for seamless AI model deployment and monitoring.

- Familiarity with domain-specific AI applications, particularly in language processing or coding.

- Experience working in or collaborating with the Government of India's AI initiatives.
