Senior Backend Developer - Node.js Programming (3-6 yrs)

We're hiring a Senior Backend Developer for one of our clients. This is not a role at- TopHire.co.

Important Note :

We're only looking for Candidates who have relevant experience (3-6 years). Candidate should have worked on any of the backend technologies but should know Node.js (Nest or Express). Candidates who are open to working in a work from office model based out of Delhi for 6 days a week.

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with product and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions through rapid experimentation.

- Lead and mentor junior engineers.

- Architect and implement back-end services ensuring high reliability and scalability.

- Design, test, evaluate, and build new features, while improving existing ones.

- Lead the transition to a micro-services architecture.

- Define and uphold data architecture, software design, coding standards, and security practices.

- Implement end-to-end testing frameworks for core platform services.

- Oversee cloud infrastructure and deployments.

- Work with mobile team to ensure seamless end-to-end system functionality.

- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical documentation.
