- Executes communication and advertising strategies

- Develops the brand management strategy to support top line and bottom-line growth and foray into new segments and innovative products

- Product strategies, Operational marketing campaign

- Supports the sales plans for the different product, detailing the promotional activities

- Strong Market Analysis skills, strong knowledge of trade channels and commercial policies.

- Quick learner, strong personality, Strong Market Analysis skills.

- Manages the budget for advertising, promotional costs, and costs associated with market research and analysis.

- 4-5 years of Hair care experience .

- Should be in innovations. Not activations.

Along with NPD, Should have experience growing Core business and development of Strong campaigns and also impactful Digital campaigns
