Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Programming Executive to spearhead the development of innovative video content for our existing IPs and channels on YouTube and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of audience trends, digital media landscape, and the ability to transform ideas into engaging video content.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative content strategies for existing IPs and channels.
- Conceptualize, develop, and pitch new video content ideas aligned with the company s vision and target audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, marketing) to bring content ideas to fruition.
- Conduct thorough audience research and analysis to identify content opportunities and trends.
- Stay updated on the latest digital media trends and platforms.
- Monitor content performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
- Manage content calendars and schedules.
- Collaborate with external partners and influencers as needed.
Qualities:
- Proven experience in content development and programming for digital platforms, particularly YouTube.
- Strong understanding of audience demographics, preferences, and behaviors.
- Exceptional creativity and ability to generate fresh and innovative content ideas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in digital media tools and platforms.
- A passion for storytelling and entertainment.
Educational Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in:
