Business Analyst (Marketing)

Reports to : HOD of the department

Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai

Role & responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated and standardized analysis tools (e.g. dashboards), empowering stakeholders to uncover business opportunities and make informed decisions.
• Analyse web traffic data to define areas of opportunity and optimization of the Web platforms
• Support the team in analysing the customer data to define trends and create dashboards for regular tracking
• Scrutinize and validate data integrity throughout the collection process, performing data profiling to identify and comprehend data anomalies.
• Investigate the root causes of business problems, providing solutions that go beyond superficial observations.
• Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to leadership, creating visual displays of quantitative information.
  

Preferred candidate profile :

• Prior experience of using google analytics or any other similar platform to analyse web traffic/ app data
• Prior experience of using pulling data from performance marketing platforms like Meta and google and creating relevant dashboard
• Extremely proficient in data analysis and dashboarding (Excel + platforms like tableau) Knowledge of additional languages like R and Python are a definite plus point
• Passionate about the fashion & apparel space
• Willing do get hands on with the data to define the right data checkpoints
• Self-starter with a drive to succeed in a quickly changing business environment.
