Service Engineer- LYO

Role & responsibilities

• Work directly with customers at their site to perform the new installation / commissioning/after sales service.
• Diagnose software and electrical problems and determine the proper solutions to customer.
• Calibration/qualification of Tofflon products as per accepted customer order requirement.
• Support and train customers on the product solutions that have been purchased.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports, which summaries/get the key point of a customers new requirement/comments/suggestions on design / manufacturing / service of Tofflon products so as to support Tofflon Shanghai Head Office continuous improvement.
• Cooperate with software team and share information across the organization, provide Input on new designs and enhancements to existing products
• Control system modification: Make URS Comments/Deviation List with the support of technical staffs at Shanghai Headquarter. Be able to quickly grasp the key points in URS. Make URS deviation list, only need the support of the headquarters for some uncommon technical requirements. Be able to review URS Deviation List made by other colleagues. Analyse the URS of different customers, and make comparisons of different customers URS.
• Identifying the software failures and troubleshooting.
• Provide high level software technical support to external customers at their location
• Provide on-site training to the customers
• Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database
• Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits.
• Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions

Required Skills

• Knowledge about Pharmaceutical equipment.
• Service engineer Lyo core experience is better.
• Electrical and Mechanical experience required.
• English and local language communication is required.
• Candidate needs to be work for PAN India and also required work for Global if required.
• Co-ordinate with customer and HO team for customer support.
• Work reporting as per area manager procedure.
• Good communication and quick learning for new machines.
• Understand the machines documents like IQ, OQ and PQ.
• Technical support to be provide for sales team.
