Service Engineer- Bio

Major Accountabilities :

• As a Service engineer, you will be responsible for Handling Erection, Commissioning & final handover to sign off. Conduct SAT, Post SAT service/ client support.
• Understand mechanical testing, instrumentation calibration, understanding P&ID drawing, understanding of electrical drawing, site execution / installation, Customer orientation, Factory test work and/or site work experience Able to change drawings as per as built system in AutoCAD
• Coordinating with client for SAT planning & Material movement. Execution of SAT as per approved protocol Performing all commissioning supports in compliance with applicable Tofflon agreed terms, site and industrial safety practices. Responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with customer.
• Responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with customer. While performing commissioning support, the engineer must make sound technical decisions to meet customer requirements, while maintaining Tofflon commercial interests.
• Pharma or Bioprocess Equipment Mfg. Good knowledge of GDP guidelines, ASME - BPE Standards Smooth interdepartmental coordination Customer Focused approach aligned with Organizational objectives
• While performing commissioning support, the engineer must make sound technical decisions to meet customer requirements while maintaining Tofflon commercial interests. Responsible for documenting system modifications and conveying modification details back to Project team through the correct Change Control procedures.
• Coordinate with automation team for OQ execution. Successful handover system to client Providing technical support and training to the operational team.
• Attending service call and Maintaining service records and generating reports after each service intervention.
