Research and generate lists of potential customers
Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
Should be well versed with constructing & sending direct mails to customers.
Managing social media accounts.
Responsible for the purchase ad sales of products.
Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature.
Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts.
Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
Manage and Maintain company website and E-commerce platform.
Experience in export and import related activities.

Skills Required
Good communication skills, Good presentation skills, Proficient in MS Office suite and Internet research skills, Excellent verbal command over English and Hindi.
Basic Technical Knowledge about electronic components. Candidates with technical background are preferred.
