Responsibilities
Requirements - Own and Manage the entire Life Cycle of the employee, including but not limited to Day 1 Connect Sessions.
- Take care of cultural integration.
- Resolve queries, handle grievances, exit management and performance management.
- Manage the key processes wrt Insurance, PF, Onboarding, Documentation, Internal Audit, Compliances, Policies, SOPs etc.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure that the business needs are met within defined timelines.
- Explore social media and other channels of sourcing to tap the passive candidate pool.
- Support in recruitment related analytics and publish dashboards to stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player.
