TMRW - Strategy Consultant - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI (1-3 yrs)

Lead - Strategy

- Would do business planning, goal setting, performing robust analysis for business expansion, working with the cross functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverable, required resources, work plan, budget and timing for new initiatives, strategizing and creating a program plan for the initiatives with an objective to achieve business goals and drive growth and establishing a governance framework to evaluate the progress of the program as per the defined objectives

- Will track progress of critical initiatives in the company and solve challenges, do market research, competitor research and user research as needed and provide insight and feedback to leaders to assist with the decision-making process.

- Collaborate with business leaders in the team and across other teams to drive initiatives

- Lead the central strategy think tank

- Lead strategic projects that help frame long-term strategy and roadmap, buy v/s build decisions, and uncover new opportunities

- Provide leverage to the CXO by attending and streamlining business reviews, and attending select meetings on the CXO's behalf

- Create concise, compelling, and effective communications for different contexts - board meetings, strategy reviews, all-hands meetings

Candidate profile:

- MBA from Tier 1 B School

- Strong familiarity with transaction execution processes and some experience in business integration

- Proven Experience overseeing financial modeling. Confirmed valuation knowledge

- 2-4 years of related work experience
