Assistant Manager - Taxation

A) Indirect Taxation

• Preparation & filing of GST Workings (GSTR 1, GSTR 3B , ISD , GSTR 9/9C) for multiple states
• IMS and GSTR 2B Reconciliation,
• Managing Taxation part in Internal, Statutory, Tax Audits
• Knowledge of new GSTR 3B implementations
• Matching of monthly GL Balances with GST Portal & 3B
• Advise, support & review of statutory matters related to Taxation
• Attend vendor & client specific queries for litigation matters
• Preparation of responses & representation before GST Department of various GST matters at various levels

B) Direct Taxation

• Preparation of Monthly TDS Workings
• Monthly TDS Settlement workings & payment within the timelines.
• Advise to business team in case of statutory matters related to Taxation.
• Reconciliation of TDS payments, its workings, 3CD data preparation.
• Basic knowledge of foreign taxation, withholding tax, SFT & transfer pricing
• Preparation , collation of data and responses & representation before Income Tax department of various matters at various levels and wards.
• Following up for refunds, rectification, filing of ITR etc.
