Hiring For Outbound Executive

Order Processing:

• Oversee the picking, packing, and dispatching of customer orders.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and on-time shipping.
• Verify order details and address any discrepancies.

Inventory Management:

• Coordinate with inventory control to manage stock discrepancies and ensure proper stock rotation.

Shipping and Logistics Coordination:

• Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule and track shipments.
• Ensure adherence to delivery timelines and resolve any shipping issues.

Quality Control:

• Implement quality checks to ensure products are in good condition before dispatch.
• Maintain high standards of packing to prevent damage during transit.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of all outbound shipments
• Prepare and submit reports on outbound operations performance and metrics.

Customer Service:

• Collaborate with the customer service team to address and resolve order-related queries and issues.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient outbound operations.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and technologies.

Coordination with Other Departments:

• Work closely with procurement, sales, and inventory teams to ensure alignment of outbound operations with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any segment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Preferred experience of working on Unicommerce Platform.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting
