Job Description

Key Responsibilities.

- Develop customer acquisition strategies to drive growth through targeted onboarding, leveraging a mix of digital and offline channels.

- Implement targeted outreach campaigns and communication strategies to engage and onboard new customers effectively, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

- Identify potential strategic alliances and partnerships with relevant industry stakeholders (e. , travel agents, banks, restaurant chains, event management companies) to expand reach and access new customer segments.

- Initiate and lead partnership discussions, negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, terms of service and finalize partnership agreements to establish mutually beneficial relationships.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, product, and finance, to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new merchant partners.

- Successfully onboard new partners and provide training for merchant users.

- Host products and experiences in collaboration with the merchants on the D2C application.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.

- Monitor end user traction on the products, experiences hosted by merchants and provide continuous feedback to the merchants.

- Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by merchant partners centrally, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Track and analyze key performance metrics for customer acquisition and partnerships, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, partnership ROI, and other relevant KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
