Qualifications:
Education:
Master s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications are highly desirable.
Experience:
8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Successful track record in a domestic HR role, preferably in a medium to large organization.
