Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, prospecting, and relationship-building.
Manage, farm, and grow existing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular account reviews to understand client needs and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
12 plus years of poven experience in business development and account management, specifically in IT service-based companies.
Must showcase a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous years.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Salesforce, Zoho, or other CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
