Job Description
- Experience in selling IT services such as staffing, consulting, and managed services is highly desirable.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed QUARTERLY sales targets.
- Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, prospecting, and relationship-building.
- Manage, farm, and grow existing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular account reviews to understand client needs and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client pain points and challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts, pricing, and terms.
- Ensure all contractual agreements are accurately documented and adhered to.
- Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 12 plus years of poven experience in business development and account management, specifically in IT service-based companies.
- Must showcase a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous years.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Zoho, or other CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in selling IT services such as staffing, consulting, and managed services is highly desirable.
