Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining current clients and developing New Accounts (B2B Sales).
2.Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for clients, including pricing, discounts, and terms. 3.Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure seamless order processing and execution.
4.Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfilment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
5. Prepare Quotation/ Purchase Order /Proforma Invoice / Invoice/ E - Invoice /E - Way Bill.
6. Excellent communication and people skills.
7. Reach out to existing customers over the phone for upselling (B2B Sales).
8. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with new clients (B2B
Sales).
9. Maintain MIS.
10. Maintain Sales Pre & Post documentation.
11. Maintain and update pending follow ups.
12. Coordination with Operations team for on time product deliveries.
Skills Required:
1) Knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Excel & Advance Excel.
2) ERP experience is necessary.
