3. • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Supervising the troubleshooting of mechanical issues and providing guidance on resolving complex problems quickly and effectively.

6. • Budgeting and Cost Control: Managing the maintenance budget, tracking expenses, and identifying ways to reduce costs while maintaining equipment performance.
7. • Documentation and Reporting: Overseeing the maintenance records, generating reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and failure trends, and making recommendations for improvements.
8. • Continuous Improvement: Implementing strategies to improve maintenance efficiency, equipment lifespan, and operational uptime.
