Retail Sales Executive (Tanishq)

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, provide them with product knowledge, and assist with their purchasing decisions.
• Sales & Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest products, promotions, and store offerings to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Inventory Management: Assist in stock management, ensuring that inventory levels are monitored and replenished when needed.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure that products are neatly displayed and organized in accordance with store guidelines.
• Cash Handling & POS Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash, credit, and debit payments, and provide receipts.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of retail experience; experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping customers.
• Basic understanding of product offerings and industry trends.
