Retail Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide them with expert advice on jewelry products, offering a personalized shopping experience.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewelry designs, materials, and trends to guide customers in making informed purchase decisions.
• Drive sales and meet/exceed individual sales targets.
• Assist in managing the stock, ensuring displays are neat, attractive, and well-organized.
• Provide post-sale services such as product care advice and handling customer returns or exchanges.
• Process transactions accurately and handle payment systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated with the latest jewelry trends and innovations in the market.
• Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Participate in store events and promotions to boost sales and attract new customers.
• Support the team in maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere in the store.

Preferred candidate profile :-

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for jewelry and a keen interest in fashion trends.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers.
• Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills.
• Target-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to exceed sales goals.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior experience in a retail sales environment is a plus.
