Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage counter sales activities at retail stores, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
  
• Develop strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and increase loyalty.
  
• Execute visual merchandising strategies to create an engaging shopping environment.
  
• Collaborate with store teams to achieve sales goals, provide product knowledge, and resolve customer complaints.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in optical sales, counter sales, retail sales, or vision industry.
  
• Strong understanding of eyewear products and their features.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
