You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of social media accounts, assisting in the execution of campaigns, and ensuring that our clients online presence aligns with their overall marketing objectives. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for social media and a strong understanding of various platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with clients brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Curate content along with the team with a thorough understanding of formats and mediums. Schedule and publish content across platforms, maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
Facilitating client discussions on content calendars and offering expert insights in the realm of social media, while also providing guidance and understanding to both internal and external stakeholders on performance vis a vis content & medium
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally.
Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns while collaborating with the other team members on the account.
Understand and utilize social media analytics tools to track and create reports on key performance indicators.
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
3-6 years of experience in Social Media within an advertising agency
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong understanding of digital (primarily social media) and traditional advertising channels
Proven track record of successful account management and client retention
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
