Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer with a strong background in front-end and back-end development, UI/UX design, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and maintaining web applications using Java, React.js, and cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to document requirements, design solutions, implement features, and ensure the quality and compliance of the codebase.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java for back-end development and React.js for front-end development.

- Lead UI/UX design initiatives to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

- Appropriately document requirements and specifications, including input, output, and logical operations, and convert these requirements into well-structured code.

- Implement and maintain test scripts following Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies to ensure robust software quality.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant internal instructions, including FIMs, GSMs, circulars, internal control standards, and external regulatory requirements.

- Manage operational risk effectively and adhere to the organization's standards of ethical behavior.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams and participate in cloud deployment processes, leveraging GCP services such as Kubernetes or Cloud Run for infrastructure setup and management.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer.

- Strong expertise in UI/UX design, front-end development using React.js, and back-end development using Java.

- Experience in creating and managing documentation for requirements and specifications.

- Familiarity with Test Driven Development (TDD) and creating automated test scripts.

- Understanding of compliance standards and best practices for internal controls and risk management.

- Some knowledge of GCP infrastructure and deployment, especially using Kubernetes or Cloud Run, is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture, design patterns, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience working in a regulated industry and understanding of compliance requirements.
