Job Description follows:

1. Strong and thorough Knowledge on Electrical systems, controls & Safety regulations
2. Ability to understand the Electrical schematics and troubleshooting of machines
3. Ability to manage and perform a task with team work & Collaborative skills
4. Basic Knowledge on Hydraulics & Pneumatics
5. Able to understand and manage the Emotional Intelligence in the shop floor and with the maintenance work force
6. Maintenance Cost saving and implementation
7. Basic trouble shooting and guidance of electrical Servos and its controls.
8. Troubleshooting of PLC & CNC controlled Equipment
9. Programming of PLC,HMI, CNC controls
10. Knowledge on IOT and Digitalization techniques
11. Strong knowledge on Predictive Maintenance & Condition Monitoring, MTTR, MTBF and critical Maintenance KPIs
12. Performing preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
13. Capable of identifying the wastes in the system and action to eliminate/minimise the waste
14. knowledge on Implementation of Kaizen/Poke Yoke/ One Point Lesson/ Work Instruction/Standard Works
15. Responding to emergency maintenance requests promptly
16. Collaborating with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs
17. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
18. Training and guidance of maintenance personnel on electrical procedures, troubleshooting and all maintenance activities.
19. Knowledge about IMS requirements and documentation
20. Individually handling the Shift to support the day to day production needs and requirements
21. Root cause analysis of Equipment breakdown and corrective actions
22. Utility system operation and Maintenance
23. Knowledge on HVAC System Operation and Maintenance
24. Reporting on Maintenance performances by Daily and Weekly basis
25. Able to handle the Non Routine activities/Major Machine Maintenance including Height work job.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate from manufacturing units, with good hands on experience in electrical maintenance.
