Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PHP Developer to join our dynamic development team. The candidate must have extensive experience in PHP development, a strong understanding of modern web development practices, and the ability to lead and deliver projects.
Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using PHP and related technologies.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and improve existing functionality.
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality code.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in web development and PHP frameworks.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of technical roadmaps and project timelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a PHP Developer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Expertise in PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular or Vue.js is a plus).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.
• Proficiency with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker).
• Understanding microservice architecture.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and TDD/BDD practices.
